Keto chocolate mousse

INGREDIENTS:
Dark chocolate 85% – 50g
Heavy cream / whipping cream (sugarfree) – 100g
Butter -15g
Stevia – 1 tbsp

PROCEDURE:
Melt the butter and dark chocolate in a microwave or by double boiling.
Meanwhile, whip the cream for 2 minutes
Add the cream to the chocolate mix
Pour into bowl and set in the refrigerator
