Grilled paneer salad

Ingredients:

For the chutney :
Coriander leaves 1 cup
Mint leaves 1/2 cup
Lime juice 1 tbsp
Ginger
Garlic
Cumin
Salt
Green chilly

For the salad :
Paneer 100g
Onion 1 small
Capsicum 2 small
Lettuce / Salad leaves / Spinach 150g
Olive oil 1 teaspoon
Butter 1 teaspoon

Procedure:
Blend all the chutney ingredients and make a smooth paste.
Coat paneer and veegies with half the chutney and grill on pan in 1 teaspoon butter.
Put lettuce in a plate
Put all the grilled veggies and paneer.
Sprinkle salt and olive oil
Enjoy with chutney
